Are you not awarded enough for the random, silly and interesting things that go on in your life? Have you ever wanted some appreciation for the awsomeness that is your life?
Well, now you can win the coveted LLAMA AWARD.
How can you achieve such a honor? Simple!
Rules For Entry Each week, llamaawards will announce a theme. As a contestant, you enter with a story from your life. After all the submissions are in, your peers will vote on the entries and then the mod will announce who recieved the award.
Do you get anything for all your troubles? No... not really. We'll give you a groovy banner and you also get to pick the following weeks theme. But other than that, nope.
However, if you do win. YOU MUST GIVE AN ACCEPTANCE SPEECH. And there are two things you must include.. 1. A family member. 2. A famous figure for their inspriation (religious, political, celebrity)
Once you join, make a quick post introducing yourself. Include how you found out about our community!
Also... some boring rules. 1. Be respectful. 2. Be over 16 3. No drama. We'll ban you. 4. Problems? Email Katy at email@example.com
Think you have what it takes to win a Llama?
POINTS Every so often, we'll have a contest of sorts which will add up points. The more points you get, the better stuff you get. It's that much fun!
- Each new member you bring in counts as five points. However, the newbie MUST let us know who recruited them once they join. We won’t be asking. - Each entry you submit for our weekly themes (the ones that count towards Llama Awards) will be worth 3 points. - Each vote you receive on your submission will be worth 1 point. - Each Llama Award you win will be worth 10 points. - Each smaller contest you win will be worth 7 points. - Last, there are bonus points you can win. What are the bonus points? Good question… the bonus points are awarded by me and me alone. I might give them to you if you have an exceptionally funny entry, post or even comment. Hell, I might give you some for a good icon. They are subjective and entirely unfair. Great, huh?
